03/02/14:
Learning aim B we are doing a Sandy beaches holiday company's ad, the country that I have chosen is Gemany this is because i love the language and cultur.I will be creating a holiday song themed/bassed off of the german style of music.
24/02/14:
i have decided to recreate the song 'das ist alles deutschland' this song has a range of instruments, the part of this song that i will be remaking is the chorus. I have decided that i may or may not add a slight dubstep style background to make it my own.
25/02/14:
this lesson Cubase would not let me enter it :( oh well i know what song i will make and am planning everything. i am making an informational page on the holiday that i will be making.
10/03/14:
I have made my song more lengthy with it at 32 seconds now! yay, I need to add a melody to the tune to develop it more also I have added a slight bit of E.Q and changed the volume of each instrument as you couldn't hear some properly. this is what each instrument and tune looks like :
30/04/14:
I have begun to layer the song, with different instruments playing at different times so that it is not all at once and loud. I believe that it is coming along nicely, not the way I intended as it became my own song just with a melody of the other song.
13/05/14
I have changed a lot to my song. I have added different instruments using a range of chords, I have added more German instruments and strayed away from the original song I was basing it off of, the song so far is at the length of 32 seconds which is perfect for the ad. I have layered the song, using different positions for the instruments and changing the volume of each instrument.
10/06/14
Over the passed month i have fully completed my song. I implemented all the needed instruments and layered it to my liking, I feel that the different volumes of the instruments adds some depth. I have added some effects into the music to not make it sound so simple ( even though people say it sounds like an 'animal crossing' song which tend to be just a few notes in a simple pattern) I personally am not entirely sure what genre of music that this would classify as, but its enjoy able.
